Dollhouse Y2K Blue Ruffle Fifi Kitten Heel/Flat Size 9

I mean, I guess these are technically a kitten heel? Or a flat? I would barely call them a heel. Anyway. Round style toe, a ruffle in the leather with a bow accent. The blue is a unique midnight blue. Size 9, regular in “women’s” sizing. Purchased from Nordstrom around 2005/2006. There is a ding in the back leather from wearing (last photo), blends in with the rest of the shoe. They could probably also use some leather conditioner after 20 years in a box. Very cottage borderline Lolita look to these too. From smoke free and fur free home.
