Beginning Boutique Orange Cutout Dress

This dress is so cute and brand new with tags! I am selling this because I ordered a size AU10 but they sent me a size AU14 and I missed the deadline to ship it back. The dress came with slight discoloration on the bottom and chest. It is very unnoticeable and I never tried to get out in the wash because it was the wrong size.
