Jacket has shoulder pads and it does have 3 hook & eye closure on the front. It is Lined. No stretch. Armpit to armpit: 17” Measurements are done laid flat Length: 20” Skirt has a Back Zipper with a small snap closure and also a hook & Eye closure. Waist: 14-1/2” (no stretch) Length: 26” I do have the matching top but it is sold separately due to the size is an 8(P)(Petite) Like New Excellent Condition #9898 1 lb. 4 ozs.
