This dress is by Garnet Hill for size Small. It’s new, but no tags, and retailed for $129. The dress may run large, please check the measurements. There is no belt with this. This dress is called a midi, but I am short and it almost hits the floor on me. It’s passed my ankles. It is an organic cotton/ Tencel Lyocell blend. The fabric feels great, really soft, a stretch knit jersey. It has a boatneck, 3/4 batwing sleeves that end with a tie. There’s also an elastic waist giving it the blouson silhouette.
