In most cases, once USPS tracking updates to show the item has shipped, your earnings will be added to your Curtsy Wallet. Note that self-service kiosk scans do not count, the tracking must show real movement through the USPS system.

For some orders, we hold payouts until buyers rate the order positively in the app, or 6 days after delivery--whichever comes first. For example, luxury items aren’t paid out until the buyer successfully receives and confirms delivery.

If you selected Store Credit when creating the shipping label, the earnings from the sale will be added to your in-app Curtsy Credit balance and can be used to shop in the app (they will be auto-applied at checkout). If you selected Bank Payout, your earnings will be added to your in-app Earnings balance, where you can transfer it to your bank account or debit card.

To cash out, you’ll need to link your debit card or bank account.
