No problem! Most USPS labels include a QR code that the Post Office can scan to print your label for free. QR codes aren't available for labels going to overseas APO/FPO military addresses because those shipments require customs forms. In that case, download and print the full shipping label instead.

New QR codes can take approximately one to two hours to become scannable at USPS. If the Post Office says a newly generated QR code has not been paid for, wait one to two hours and try the same code again. If it still does not work, do not buy additional postage—contact Curtsy Support.

We don't offer QR codes for returns, they will need to be printed manually
