Curtsy may temporarily mark your closet inactive and hide your for-sale items when we haven't seen you in the app for a while. We may also do this when a buyer's message goes unanswered and the seller hasn't used Curtsy recently. This does not delete your listings.
How do I make my items visible again?
1. Open the latest version of the Curtsy app and go to Home. If the inactivity hold was applied recently, the app may reactivate your closet automatically and show “Welcome back! Your items are now visible.”
2. If you see “Your items are currently hidden,” tap Re-List Items. Tapping Not Now leaves the hold in place.
3. You can also go to Profile > Settings, tap the “Your items are hidden” banner, and choose Unhide.
4. If Curtsy emailed you about the inactivity hold, you can use the I’m Still Here link in that email.
After reactivating, give the app a moment and refresh your closet. If your items are still hidden, use Contact Support so we can check the account.
What if the app tells me to contact Curtsy?
An inactivity hold is only one reason items may be hidden. Vacation Mode, a Curtsy-applied closet restriction, and listing-specific issues are separate. If Settings shows Contact Curtsy instead of Unhide, or if items remain hidden after reactivation, use Contact Support for a review.
