We manually review all luxury items on Curtsy to ensure they’re authentic, which is why clear, detailed photos are required.

For higher-priced items, you’ll be asked to upload extra photos after listing. These will help us verify authenticity.

Once the item sells, those photos are sent to Legit App, a trusted third-party service. Authentication takes up to 12 hours. After it’s verified, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. We also keep the buyer updated so they know shipping may take a bit longer.

You’ll be paid for your luxury item once the buyer confirms they received it and rates the transaction positively, or automatically 6 days after delivery, whichever comes first.
