Curtsy offers safe, easy payments for both buyers and sellers.

When your item sells, the buyer is charged right away and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

When you create the shipping label, you’ll choose how you want to get paid:

• Store Credit: Your payout is added to your Wallet as Curtsy Credit and automatically applied at checkout.
• Bank Payout: Your payout is added to your Earnings, where you can transfer it to your bank account or debit card.

Once you ship your item and tracking updates*, your payout will be delivered based on the option you selected. For some orders, we hold payouts until buyers rate the order positively in the app, or 6 days after delivery--whichever comes first. For example, luxury items aren’t paid out until the buyer successfully receives and confirms delivery.

To cash out, you’ll need to link a debit card or bank account. On iOS, open Wallet and tap Transfer Money; on Web, open Wallet and select Cash Out. For full setup steps and instructions for changing your payout destination, see How do I change my bank for payouts?

If it’s been more than 24 hours since you shipped a non-luxury item and haven’t been paid, please use Contact Support.

* Self-service kiosk scans do not count as shipment, the tracking must show real movement through the USPS system.
