To update shipping for your Poshmark imports, tap Sell at the bottom of the app, tap Import from other apps, then tap Manage next to the correct external account.

Under Who pays for shipping?, choose I’ll cover shipping, making it free for buyers or Use setting from external listing. If you cover shipping, you can also choose whether to keep your prices the same or increase them to maintain your earnings.

Changing who pays for shipping updates your currently available imported listings in the background and also applies to future imports, so existing listings may take a few minutes to update. If you use the external setting, listings that are imported with free shipping will stay free on Curtsy; otherwise, the buyer pays Curtsy shipping.

Curtsy will not reprice an existing imported listing if you’ve manually changed its price. If you later change only the pricing-related settings without changing who pays for shipping, these changes will apply only to future imports rather than repricing existing listings.
