On sale is a Giorgio Armani via Borgonuovo Green Silk Back Button Down Long Sleeve Blouse in a IT size 44 which should fit around a US medium. It is in great, used condition but will need to be ironed/pressed. The blouse has an extra button however it is chipped (pictured). The blouse has shoulder pads.
