Start by shopping brands you already love. You'll already know your sizing and feel more comfortable with your purchase. Curtsy's a great way to discover new brands but it can be easier to start with what you know first :)

Shop our ‘New with Tags’ section. While we do offer 100% refunds on any items that arrive differently than described, you might feel more comfortable starting with items that still have store tags on them. 

Read the item description. Every listing on Curtsy has a section where sellers write a description about the item. It's always a good idea to read that before any purchase - a lot of times sellers will tell you specifics and how the item fits. 

Have any questions? Message the seller. You can always message any seller about an item to clear up any questions or confusion you have.  

Check seller reviews. While we do require sellers to maintain a hight rating with a low cancellation rate, it's always nice to know who you're shopping from. You can find seller's rating right on their profile.
