These stunning boots feature a 4” skin block heel. No zipper, just slide into them. Leather tie at the top back. Please look closely at the splatter paint design. I believe this was hand done, and not part of the original boot. It’s hard to tell because it was done so well! But as you can see, it’s even got some of the paint on the soul and a spot on the inside. That’s why I’m pretty sure this was hand painted.
