NWT Teal Turquoise Holiday Snowflake Cropped Crewneck Winter Sweater Size XL Blue

Fun holiday cropped sweater! Color is a turquoise, maybe blue teal. Has snowflakes all along the front and dot detail as well. Says it's an XL but is about 19" in length, 16' pit to pit. Still has the tags but looks like it may have been stretched out.
