Waist measuring 16 inches laying flat, so about 32 inch waist. Also hemmed at the bottom to fit me. I am 5’5 and was wearing short 1-2inch heels. Padded cups. Is a perfect brown/tan neutral color for any formal event! Bridesmaid dress, prom, gala, etc! Worn once for a wedding. Dry cleaned after, so in great condition!
