. The skirt is 95% Rayon and 5% Spandex. Machine washable. The skirt has elastic in the waist. Soft. Stretchy. Smooth feeling. Thin. The skirt shows signs of normal wear and has some fading. Please see pictures for more details. Multicolored. The primary color of the skirt is black. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: the waist is 16 inches, the hips are 22 inches, and from top of the skirt to the bottom is 41 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
