Excellent condition, like new! This was one of my absolute favorite tops, the color is this just beautiful unbelievable royal blue that POPS! I only wore it a few times. Too small now. Tag me if you have anything this color in L/XL! Pretty flutter sleeves, it’s lined too. It’s a size S, but it runs really big because I never wear Small. No stretch. Smoke and pet free home. Pit to pit laying flat approx 18” (hard to tell) I’d say this fits like a Medium honestly Top of shoulder to bottom hem approx 28”
