In good condition- BRAND NEW WITH TAGS/RETURN RIBBON- NEVER BEEN WORN. few loose strings that don’t affect quality of dress. Sequins & beads are secured- doesn’t come with extra. Two small pulls- one on sleeve & one on front- can barely tell and it doesn’t affect quality of dress. Small mark on back of dress by top of zipper- very small and won’t be able to see if you wear your hair down. Dress is a little wrinkled but can be dry cleaned. No rips or tears.
